Mass Hiring Voice Process Executives with a Leading International MNC (DOMESTIC).
Client Details: A Leading International MNC operating with more than 223,000 employees across 350 contact centers in 76 countries. Client services range from Customer Support/Care, Technical Support, Customer Acquisition, Data Analytics, and Back-Office across Voice, E-Mail, Chat, Social Media and other Digital Channels. Hiring for Domestic, Premium Domestic and International Accounts.
Hiring & Selection:
There are 2 rounds of interview: HR Round & Ops Round.
Both the interviews are carried on over the phone and once the candidate is shortlisted, offer letter is released for the same on mail.
• Proficient in Malayalam.
• Need to have Average communication skills in English-Verbal/Written
• Need to have Excellent communication skill in regional language
• Excellent Understanding about customer service & Technical support
• Comfortable for a Rotational Shift & Rotational offs
• For Females- Shift timing would be 6 AM- 8 PM
• Education: PUC and above
Work Location (Malayalam): Mohali
Package: Rs. 16,000/- per month (1.92LPA)
• Relocation bonus up to 7500/- after clearing certification
• Ticket Reimbursement up to 700.
• Free Guest House( Only Accommodation) till candidate receives first salary
Working hours: 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Six days a week)
